  5. Sweating: Profuse sweating, especially if it is accompanied by chest pain, is a common early sign of a heart attack.

  6. Fatigue: Unusual tiredness or fatigue, especially in women, can be a sign of a heart attack.

It is important to note that not everyone experiences the same symptoms during a heart attack. If you experience any of these symptoms, especially chest pain or discomfort, seek medical attention immediately.
